Responsibilities
Scope of Work:
Act as the bridge between clients and internal departments, ensuring excellent customer service, real-time updates, and resolution of issues throughout the shipping cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all client shipping inquiries.

Coordinate shipment movements with logistics, warehouse, and documentation teams.

Track land, air, and sea shipments and proactively update customers on status.

Escalate service failures and work with relevant teams to provide timely resolutions.

Maintain CRM records and client interaction logs.



Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field from an accredited university.

Experience: Minimum two years of customer service experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.

Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in CRM systems and shipment tracking software.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge:

Understanding of shipping documentation and logistics processes.

Familiarity with land, air, and sea freight operations.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.

Demonstrated coordination skills between clients and multiple internal departments.

Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate CRM records.
