Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the HRIS / ERP system in coordination with the HR Director.
• Review, clean, structure, and migrate HR data (employees, positions, departments, contracts, payroll elements).
• Configure HR modules including recruitment, employee affairs, attendance, payroll, training, performance appraisal, and approvals.
• Translate HR policies and procedures into automated system workflows.
• Coordinate with IT teams, ERP vendors, and external consultants.
• Train HR staff and end-users; prepare user manuals and SOPs.
• Monitor system performance and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Generate HR analytics and reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations with proven exposure to HRIS or ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo HR modules is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, labor law, and HR data governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience leading HRIS or ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in industrial environments.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations with proven exposure to HRIS or ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo HR modules is a strong advantage.
