Responsibilities
1-Performance & Paid Marketing:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Retargeting campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on: Cost per booking / lead, Conversion rate, ROI and ROAS
-Coordinate budgets and campaign priorities with the Marketing Director.
2- Demand Generation & Growth:
- Support hotel occupancy and restaurant traffic through digital channels.
- Design campaign funnels for: Direct bookings, Restaurant promotions and Events and seasonal offers.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns with targets.
3- Website,SEO & Conversion Optimization:
- Manage and improve the hotel website from a marketing perspective
- Implement SEO strategies for: Brand keywords, Hotel-related and destination keywords
- Optimize landing pages and booking paths
- Improve conversion rates, not just traffic
-📌 Website is a sales tool, not a brochure.
4- Tracking, Analytics& Reporting:
-Set up and monitor tracking tools (Google Analytics, pixels, conversions).
- Analyze performance across all digital channels.
- Prepare clear performance reports.
- Use data to support decisions, not assumptions.

- Hospitality industry experience OR agency background is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads and Campaign optimization.
