2-Developed and executed a revitalization strategy, including concept repositioning, menu redesign, and pricing optimization.
3-Held full P&l responsibility, implementing cost controls, inventory management and data- driven performance improvements.
4-Collaborated with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence, standardized recipes, and innovative menus.
5-Built and mentored a high-performing team, fostering accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
6-Overhauled vendor management, safety, and compliance, ensuring top-quality products and adherence to all regulations.

Qualifications
1-Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration, A Master's degree or advanced culinary certification is a significant advantage.
2-A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive leadership experience in food and in a multi-outlet F&B Manager or Director role within a full-service hotel or upscale restaurant group.
