• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for all IT systems
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and access controls
• Support cloud migration and digital transformation projects
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain IT documentation and asset management records
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment
