Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for large-scale projects.
2. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and technical departments (including MEP and surveying) to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery, addressing risks and making adjustments as needed.
5. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
6. Manage project budgets and ensure overall project profitability.
7. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with technical and quality standards.
8. Oversee execution across multiple project types, including commercial complexes and infrastructure works.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including experience working outside Syria.
3. Proven track record in executing strategic and large-scale projects, including commercial complexes and infrastructure projects.
4. Solid knowledge of MEP systems and surveying works.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
8. Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
