Responsibilities
Scope of Work

- Operate as a key Business Partner to ensure that the organization structure is developed to achieve continued commercial success.
- Anticipate, develop, design and implement the HR strategic focus and initiatives across all core HR pillars, including recruitment, development and retention of key talent; motivating a high performance culture; ongoing development of leadership capability and coaching culture, and ensuring there is a robust infrastructure for compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and general HR administration.

Responsibilities:

- As a business partner, provide overall support for organisation and people issues.
- Lead annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, talent assessment, objective setting, in conjunction with HR Corporate guidelines.
- Tracking and reporting of employment changes related to payroll.
- Lead the development and implementation of proactive employee communications and engagement initiatives and activities.
- Responsible for maintenance of all personnel records and reporting.
- Coordination with outside legal and regulatory advisers
- Coordinate organisational changes according to business needs by taking into consideration relocation, job development opportunities, terminations, headcount and organizational objectives.
- Develop, maintain and implement HR policies, procedures and programmes to meet the needs of the organisation and ensure legislative and company compliance.
- Maintain an awareness of regional HR issues, trends and strategies within and beyond the industry and where appropriate work with corporate headquarters to initiate changes to company practice as required.
- Identify training and development opportunities to meet the development needs to the business, develop and/or implement programmes to address needs.
- Ensure appropriate processes and practices are in place for the management of personnel information and documentation and that this is handled in accordance with legislative and corporate guidelines.


Qualifications
- Degree or Professional Qualification in HR or related discipline preferred

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience and the last 3 years must have been in a senior position
- Excellent oral communication skills, including an ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people and to use discretion with confidential information.
- Excellent written communication skills including the ability to compile and prepare reports, presentations, submissions and other documents.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including an ability to meet deadlines and manage a varied workload in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
