Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment process by collaborating with the HR Officer to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Responsible for all employees personnel files
Maintain current HR files and database
Prepare travel request form (reservation hotels- perdiem- table of expense—ect )
Administer attendance sheet, leaves, sick leave , overtime and health insurance for all staff
Administer Medical insurance for all staff
Administer telecommunication company bills
Completing termination paperwork
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Provide administrative support for HR executives
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
Prepare all HR Letters and personnel documents, for all staff
Coordinates and ensures proper recording, use and timely maintenance of facilities, buildings, furniture and equipment in accordance with policies and procedures
Child Safeguarding (CS)
Child protection is everyone's responsibility
Responsible within own area of work to prevent and protect children of all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination based on SOS Child Protection Policy principles
Responsible for reporting any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the national CS focal person or any other member of the national CS team and/or to the respective line manager

Qualifications
Bachelor/license Degree in Human Resources or Business administrator or any other related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field
Upper intermediate level of English and Arabic languages.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Perform general administrative duties for Aleppo Office include but not limited to scheduling meetings, distributing mail … etc.
Assist and prepare correspondence and perform a variety of other clerical functions.
Assist and prepare duties for the Human Resources function including activities such as (but not limited to): maintaining files, assisting with calendar management, updating Human Resources documents, scheduling and planning interviews etc.
Assist department in carrying out various HR programs and procedures for the organization’s employees at Aleppo location
Has a solid understanding of HR functions and is familiar with policies and procedures
Adhere to confidentiality
Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
Effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Organize, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
